Senior Computer Vision Engineer

Our client is looking for talented computer vision software developers with expertise in LabVIEW, MATLAB, OpenCV APIs with strong expertise in AI/Machine/Deep learning algorithms, Image processing algorithms development like edge enhancement, object tracking, object recognition, OCR, License plate recognition etc. Strong in embedded software development with some Realtime hardware experience. Ensure the software architecture is lean, scalable, and well documented. Ensure software modules are robust and reusable. Targeted client-server hardware includes both desktop PCs (Windows), high-performance servers, and small form-factor embedded systems (Linux). Experience in modeling network and computing performance, as well as developing cloud-based performance-oriented applications is highly desired. The candidate will work closely with a team of bright engineers to build a working, maintainable, and scalable code base for our next generation of world-leading intelligent optical inspection and recognition systems. Candidates must be available to work on-site at our Newtown, Pennsylvania R&D Center.

Qualifications
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in computer science, electrical engineering, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related field (top tier University preferred)
– 3 to 15 years of experience as computer vision software developer, developing cutting edge image processing algorithms development
- Network connected hardware acceleration of image processing and deep learning on a GPU platform would be a significant plus
- Proficient with LabView and MATLAB modeling
- Experience with wireless networks also a plus
- Creative individual, collaborative team player, outgoing, self-starter
- Must have an entrepreneurial drive and start-up mentality
- Strong communication skills
